Can I buy a day pass if I'm not camping?

Due to the logistics and the layout of the grounds it is impossible for us to monitor when people leave. Therefore we have no choice but to charge a flat fee whether you're camping or not.

Can I bring food and/ or coolers into the venue?  

You are permitted to bring coolers with food and beverages, but we do have several food vendors all weekend so you can just relax and let somebody else cook for you!

If you think you’ll be walking around with beverages, please use plastic travelers as we cannot allow glass in common areas.

Can I bring a golf cart or any other motorized vehicle into the venue?

The campground insurance policies do not allow for guests to utilize any type of motorized vehicle unless it is necessary for handicapped persons or special needs and you must provide proof of insurance.

Are dogs permitted?

YES YES YES, must be leashed at all times, and no mess left behind!

Can we have individual fires at our campsite?

YES

If the Fire Ranger/local fire department allows us to have fires, we will be allowing it under the following conditions:

• Fires must be in raised containers. No fires on the ground with homemade borders or edges. We reserve the right to check your vessel before approving your site for a fire.
• Fires cannot be left unattended, ever. If we come upon an unattended fire, we will immediately extinguish it and flag your site and you will not be permitted to have a fire for the remainder of the weekend.
• You must have either a fire extinguisher or a working hose near the fire where we can see it upon drive-by inspection.
  You must clean up your site completely and leave it as if there were never a fire. Take any unused wood with you when you leave.
• Violation of any of these sensible guidelines will result in your fire “permit” being revoked.

Will we be permitted to bring chairs and or sun canopies to the music area?

Chairs are permitted, we would just ask that high-back chairs set up in the rear of the festival grounds. The same applies to any sun canopies.

Is the campground handicapped accessible?

The venue is flat and grassy, with no hills or steps or obstructions.   If special accommodations are required, we will be happy to work with you.

Are there special workshops and or activities for children?

Yes there are several workshops including a Coffee Jam with musicians playing while you're having coffee and breakfast, yoga classes, a juggling workshop, a tie-dye workshop, and a kids activities and crafts workshop. Details are posted on the website under "stuff to do".
